Vanilla Marshmallows

These are not grocery-store marshmallows.

Ours are whipped slowly in small batches and flavored with real vanilla paste for a deep, aromatic flavor that’s soft and rounded. The texture is plush and pillowy, with just enough structure to hold its shape while staying tender when you bite in.

They’re cut into generous bakery-style cubes and lightly dusted so they’re easy to handle without being dry or chalky.

Sweet, but not cloying. Soft, but not sticky. Familiar — elevated.
